Return Policy

We offer a risk-free return and refund guarantee exclusively for Shooting Targets USA and Identity Targets brand products. Only these targets are returnable directly to us, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Targets must be new, unused, and unshot.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required for processing.

All other products (e.g., items from other manufacturers) are not eligible for return through us. These must be returned to their respective manufacturers according to their individual return or warranty policies.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation of your refund. Refunds will be credited within three business days to your original payment method, or, if you prefer, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds cover only the cost of the item(s); shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returning Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged Shooting Targets USA or Identity Targets product, please email a picture of the damaged item and its packaging to sales@shootingtargetsusa.com. Include:

  • Your full name
  • The order number
  • A brief description of the damage

We’ll respond within one business day to confirm your refund or replacement request. If the damage isn’t clear from the photo, we may request additional details or ask you to return the item before processing your refund or replacement.

Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively within the United States, and only Shooting Targets USA and Identity Targets brand products are shipped directly by us unless specific arrangements are made prior to ordering. Other products may ship from their respective manufacturers or distributors. Restrictions may apply to certain items due to firearm-related regulations.
 
Shooting Targets USA complies with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the shipping of restricted or regulated items, such as firearms, ammunition, and related accessories. For these items, customers must select a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) as the shipping destination during checkout. We will not ship restricted or regulated items directly to the customer. When applicable, you will be prompted at checkout to choose your FFL for shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their selected FFL is willing to receive the shipment and complete any required paperwork. Additional fees charged by the FFL may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Upon placing an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping method. These estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending on the selected provider.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Product weights are listed on their detail pages, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound per the policies of our shipping partners.
