SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom orders and extremely large shipments may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods: We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size and weight of the items. Heavy targets are typically shipped via UPS Ground.
Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. These apply only to the lower 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations do not qualify for free shipping promotions.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
30-Day Guarantee: We stand behind our products with a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Targets that have been shot at cannot be returned under the 30-day guarantee (but are covered under our warranty for defects).
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective out of the box).
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You will be provided with an RMA number and return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
