- Targets must be new and unshot
- Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Receipt/ order number/ proof of purchase required for processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you confirmation of a refund. We will credit a refund within three days to your original payment method or — if you prefer — ship a replacement.
If you received a damaged item in the mail, please email a picture of the damaged item and box to email@example.com. Include:
- Your name
- The order number
- A brief description of the damage
We will email you within one business day to confirm your refund or replacement request. If we’re unable to determine the specific damage because the picture is unclear, we may ask you to provide additional information or request that you return the order via mail before we process the refund/ replacement.

Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any purchases valued at $75 or more.
If you have requested and receive approval for a refund, we will refund the cost of the item(s) purchased. We do not refund shipping charges.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
